You authorize your former office to release the records. Le Dentistry provides delivery instructions, explains what may be helpful, and can confirm whether the requested files arrived and can be opened.
Call promptly if you have pain, swelling, a temporary restoration, or unfinished treatment. Dr. Le will complete her own evaluation before recommending care and cannot guarantee that another dentist's plan will continue unchanged.
